It has become the nation’s largest publishing company dedicated to the local foods movement; the company currently publishes 70 titles across North America. Tracey Ryder co-founded Edible Communities, Inc., the nation’s largest publishing company dedicated to the local foods movement, in 2002. The company currently publishes 70 titles across North America, including Edible Boston, Edible San Francisco and Edible Vancouver, and is currently adding new magazines at a rate of 10 per year. Carole Topalian, co-founder and vice president of Edible Communities, Inc., travels the world with a gifted and finely tuned photographer’s eye.
